Audit Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dan Akademik (SIMAK) STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang Menggunakan Standar Cobit 5.0 Domain DSS (Delivery Support System)

Abstrak

Indonesian College of Technology (STTI) Tanjungpinang is one of the technology-based universities in Tanjungpinang. Founded in 2007, STTI Tanjungpinanghave done many innovations to support the course of the process of learning and the academic community. One of the innovations do is have the use of Academic Management Information Systems and Finance (SIMAK). SIMAK is one system used in STTI Tanjungpinang to facilitate the activities undertaken in the campus environment. SIMAK is the system used in Tanjungpinang STTI with the responsible management of its submitted to the data processing center (PUSLAHTA). The data entry include student data, student value data, the data krs students, and other data. PUSLAHTA in Tanjungpinang STTI managed by one person head of PUSLAHTA and assisted by staff. Due to so much to do data processing in SIMAK, making SIMAK is one of the systems most frequently used by students and lecturers of the academic community or the other. SIMAK used during this audit has not been done thoroughly, hence the need for the audit to be evaluated against the deficiencies in SIMAK and maintain or alter in order to become better. Audit will be do with using the standard version of COBIT 5.0 by taking the domain Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS). This domain was taken due to the need to know what kind of supervision will be made, then evaluate on what the deficiencies and provide an assessment of what had been done.
