Analisis Branding Xiomai Pada Toko Online
Abstract
Banyak perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri perdagangan sudah mulai menggunakan sistem berbasis e-commerce atau mobile commerce dalam melakukan transaksi pembelian dan penjualanya. Ada banyak produk atau branding yang ditawarkan melalui sistem ini. Dari banyaknya branding yang ditawarkan tersebut menyebabkan sulitnya untuk mengetahui nilai dari suatu produk tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu menganalisis branding xiomai pada toko online menggunakan metode web mining dan text mining. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis dengan metode web mining dan text mining ini dengan menggunakan tools RapidMiner.
