Software quality involves several external characteristics, such as accuracy, usability, efficiency, reliability, integrity, adaptability, accuracy, and strength, which can be directly observed by users. Therefore, programmers need to ensure that the software they design meets these criteria. In connection with this, this research was conducted to examine the user's perspective on their priorities regarding the eight external characteristic criteria of software using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This quantitative study aims to determine the priorities chosen by programmers when selecting external characteristics during software design. A sample of 30 individuals who have used selected software was randomly selected for data collection through questionnaires with a Saaty scale of 1-9. Based on the research results, The consistency ratio (CR) of the data is 0.07, indicating that the pairwise comparison criteria provided by the user in the software are consistent because of the value &nbsp;and the eigen vector of the criteria comparison matrix, also known as the user's priority for external software characteristics, was obtained for the eight criteria provided. The lack of database integration between these two systems has significant implications for data management, leading to operational errors. The study highlights the challenges of synchronizing reservation information between hotel rooms and spa services as a tangible example of the negative impacts. To address these issues, the implementation of interoperability is proposed for both databases, aiming to facilitate data exchange and integration. These steps are anticipated to mitigate irregularities in information management, enhance coordination between systems, and offer benefits to both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The proposed solution reflects efforts to improve the efficiency and data integrity within both information systems. The integration of hotel and spa reservation systems through the merging of ERD diagrams results in an efficient and structured centralized database. Something new is needed to replace this old security activity. Technology such as CCTV is one tool that can be used. CCTV can be used, but has some drawbacks. The deficiencies in question include the inability to detect suspicious activity in real time, as well as a 24-hour recording output in the form of video which can lead to wasted storage. Based on these problems, researchers took the initiative to develop a system for detecting the presence of strangers using face recognition and motion detection. The developed system will detect the presence of strangers by detecting the person's movements and matching them with the registered face database. Currently, the Creative Banking Nusantara application has never had an information technology governance audit conducted to determine the capability level and rating scale of the Creative Banking Nusantara application. This research aims to find out the extent to which information technology governance has been implemented by PT BPR Dana Bintan Sejahtera, and whether it has met expectations or not. This research will provide recommendations if the assessment results do not meet the company's expected achievement targets. This research will audit the Creative Banking Nusantara application using COBIT 5 with the delivery, service, and support domains (DSS). In collecting data, this research used a questionnaire technique with the selection of respondents using a purposive sampling technique while testing the validity of the questionnaire using SPSS. There are several traditional methods that have been developed to detect road cracks, but there are still many shortcomings in these traditional methods. The inefficiency of conventional methods has led to the development of automatic detection methods using image processing. This research aims to detect road surface cracks using the thresholding method, median filter, and morphological techniques applied to 40 road surface images which are divided into training data and test data. Processing image data for road surface crack detection in this research uses the Open CV tool. Symmetric algorithms offer convenience and speed, but choosing the right algorithm is crucial to ensuring an adequate level of security. Disciplines of cryptography is generally known, there are two categories of a data encryption and decryption algorithm one of which is a symmetric algorithm. Symmetric algorithms are widely used in the encryption of the data so that new theories are emerging. Types of symmetric algorithms are various algorithms such as DES algorithm, AES or Rijndael algorithm, 3DES algorithm and others. Along with the many theories of symmetric algorithms are used in the discipline cryptography, the security of an algorithm with other algorithms need to be compared to find the most appropriate against attack. Toko Jaya Indah Bangunan is located at Jalan Gatot Subroto. In procuring building materials, Toko Jaya Indah Bangunan usually first checks the stock of goods in the warehouse and also sees what trend in the market for goods is currently booming. If you have found the goods to be held and the goods are currently booming, then Toko Jaya Indah Bangunan will procure the goods. The problem that arises in procuring goods like this is that sometimes the number of goods ordered does not match what is needed by the community, causing stockpiles of goods to accumulate in the warehouse and hindering Toko Jaya Indah Bangunan in ordering other goods. This can be overcome if the Toko Jaya Indah Bangunan has a system that is able to check the available stock of goods directly without having to check the warehouse first, and also determine the number of items held using a prediction system. The methodology used for the development of this application is the waterfall methodology, the reason is because this method has stages of application development that are in accordance with the way the author developed this application by going through the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing and application. And for the calculation method in making this prediction, the author uses the Single Exponential Smoothing method which this method uses reference data that has a fixed pattern. This prediction model was chosen because the data obtained contains a stationary pattern (tends to be fixed and does not change).
